Job Description:

Join Rover Automation as a Data Engineer to be at the heart of our data-driven approach. You will build and maintain the infrastructure that allows for efficient extraction, transformation, and loading of data. Your role is crucial in enabling our Data Scientists and Analysts to perform their magic, turning data into insights and strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, construct, install, test, and maintain highly scalable data management systems.
• Develop data set processes and pipelines for data modeling, mining, and production.
• Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data requirements.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
